    Direct Sales/Multi-Tier Marketing Product & Business Vendors

    Direct Sales/Multi-Tier Marketing Product vendors (e.g., Pampered Chef, Avon, Mary Kay, Tupperware) - To ensure the best opportunity for sales, each product line will be limited to one vendor. 
    Business vendors – We will attempt to limit vendors of similar business types. 

    Arts, Crafts, and Other Vendors

    We hope to attract vendors offering a wide variety of items.  Booths featuring tasteful handmade projects are expected and welcomed!  Remember, the timing is right for attendees to be shopping for Holiday décor and gifts.  All registrants are welcome, as space allows.  Please submit your registration and payment as soon as possible to guarantee your spot!  Once your registration and fee are processed, we will provide an invitation flyer for your use with social media or your customer lists.

    Other Information
    1. Family Friendly: The Harmony Magic Peddler’s Place is a family-friendly event; no selling of “adult” items, hate-group items, political materials, offensive material, or dangerous merchandise will be allowed.
    1. Endangered Species Act: No items can be displayed or sold that fall under the Endangered Species Act.  Info: https://www.fws.gov/le/pdf/FactsWildlifeLaws.pdf
    1. Sharing of Space: No sharing of space unless specifically approved by Vendor Coordinator (i.e., vendor is under the age of 18 and a parent must be present).
    1. Rain or Shine Event: This is an inside event and will take place rain or shine.
    1. Food: Food will be available on site.
    1. Refunds: Full refunds will be issued up to September 14, 2024. No refunds will be issued after this date.
    1. Tobacco-Free Event:  No devices of any kind – including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, vaping or similar devices, as well as chewing tobacco, can be used in the venue during setup, tear-down and during public hours.
    1. Correspondence: Correspondence regarding the event will take place via email.
    1. Booth Appearance: All booths should be neat in appearance and staged appropriately.  Items must be clean, clearly priced, and in good condition.
    1.  Clean Up: Vendors must remove all items, including empty boxes and packing materials at the conclusion of the event.
    1.  A complete set of requirements, policies, and conditions will be provided upon event registration and will include a Vendor Agreement, Event Waivers, and pertinent documents:
    Important Information Regarding Electricity - We will do our best to place you in a booth with electricity if you request it and have paid the electricity fee.  The outlet may not be exactly where your booth is located.  Please bring extension cords and/or power strips with you on the day of the event.  The venue will not have extra extension cords and power strips available.

    Vendor Cancellation Policy

    All cancellation requests must be made by writing to
    Joy Long,  
    2329 E 500 N, Greenfield, IN 46140.
    • Prior to 120 days - full refund
    • 61-120 days before start of event - 50% refund
    • 0-60 days before start of event - no refund*   
    Cancelling vendors may suggest replacements.  However, replacements must submit an application/registration to be accepted. 
    * Any cancellation request received fewer than sixty (60) business days prior to the event, or after the event date has passed, due to extenuating circumstance, may be reviewed by the Committee Chair(s) who will recommend the appropriate refund and action.   Review of circumstances by the Committee Chair does not guarantee any refund will be awarded.
